Kirk Dave and all staff very professional and understanding. It was a long difficult case for them but they worked with me until settled. It was a great relief knowing the hospital bills were paid.

I was in an auto accident that was no fault of my own and this office dragged this out over two years. Then would not follow through with what I asked and then when it came to pay those medical professionals who treated me she was trying not to pay them when I kept at every point to pay them and then when one of them spoke up and said no, yet while behind my back paid them of this lesser price without informing me of any of this. Then asked me to sign off to my pay off once settlement came in knowing this medical party was not accepting this lesser amount and her office was fully aware of it and again did not inform me of to the point they had to reach out to me due lack of communication and this all came news to me from them not my so-called attorney on this whole matter. As she lied and took more than what she did her job for and left me holding the bag. So, do not USE this woman as she will lie and hurt you more than help you. Be advised as I'm taking my concerns to the South Dakota bar as what she did so violates the ethics of what she claims to say her and firm does for you. Worst is you wont know it till she has taken what portion of the pay out she did not earn and leave you holding the bag.
