Thankfully we were asked to view our room first. Location was terrible, everything in the room was heavily stained and there were dead bugs all over the bedding. The lady at the front desk didn't seem phases by it.

The day our rent was due they told us we would have a late fee because we weren't there by 11 and the office doesn't even open until 11. I had just worked a double shift to make the money for the rent and couldn't afford the late fee, so I'll be in a tent until I get paid

Son stayed here for a few months in transition. $1600 month isn’t bad really for south Nashville. Internet said they could get mail here but the mail I sent to him was returned to me unopened 4 months later.
So unless there is a secret mailing address —- no mail will be given to them.
Overall amazing rate for long term patrons and a nice place for the money.

He can't get a position with any law firm in Davidson County. He is mentally unstable and will lie. His behavior is erratic and is verbally abusive. He can't be trusted to follow thru with anything that is asked of him. I found his behavior disturbing and sexist, speaking with him was insane
