Despite my own expectations and concerns, I relied on Mr. Hatchett’s legal advice and my license was still suspended; He assured me if I paid the ticket after a specific date, the previous ticket would drop from my record and it would not count against me, however upon paying the fine; the department of safety backdated the ticket, confirming my own suspicions. As far as I’m concerned, Mr. hatchett should take a job at McDonald’s and pursue an alternative career, although I wouldn’t expect anything else from an attorney who shows up to court late and accepts firearms as payment for his representation services.
