In my experience, Stan Davis is by far the BEST attorney whom I’ve ever had to represent me in two personal injury cases through the years. Off the top of my head these adjectives come to mind… kind, personable, considerate, extremely intelligent, knowledgeable, understanding, persistent, communicative, compassionate, encouraging, reassuring, hard working. Shall I go on? ☺ My first experience with Stan and his excellent paralegal, Priscilla, occurred in 2016 after a serious rear-ender wreck. He was referred to me by my chiropractor and physical therapist after the attorney I had, who was supposed to be handling the case, woefully fell short in communicating or doing anything with the case. I met with Stan, who agreed to take my somewhat complicated case, and he handled it expeditiously obtaining a decent settlement the following year. Unfortunately, in Dec 2018 I was a passenger in a very serious wreck, demolishing the truck, which it’s a miracle anyone survived. After realizing the extent of my serious injuries, on the advice of my doctor I finally met with Stan again in 2019, and he agreed to take my case. It was a long-fought battle against the defendant’s insurance company for 3 years, with the opposing counsel constantly stalling and dragging it out intentionally, which didn’t bode well for them. Thanks to Stan’s utmost professionalism, intelligence, and perseverance, we finally prevailed in this very complicated case. He was there for me every step of the way, encouraging me and giving me hope, especially during the critical first two years while I was still in the turmoil of the early stages of healing and rehab. He was always very kind and understanding, just when I needed it most, especially when I was totally overwhelmed by the trauma of the injuries sustained and my life being turned upside down. I would be remiss if I didn’t also give his most-capable, excellent Paralegal, Priscilla, a shout out. She is a very valuable right-hand to Stan. They make a great team. With my case she was deluged with a mountain of paperwork and medical bills, however she navigated it all like a champ, keeping me on track. It speaks volumes when a law firm has longtime loyal and capable staff. In the past, I’ve had the unfortunate experience with a different law firm where they had an extremely high turnover of attorneys and paralegals, it was like a revolving door, which resulted in my case constantly falling through the cracks, and I was forgotten. I’m so grateful to Priscilla at Stan’s law firm for her longtime service, which greatly helped because she was familiar with the case and constantly on top of everything. I am also so thankful that this nightmare litigation case is finally settled, without the additional trauma of a 3-day trial, as was scheduled. It’s been an extremely stressful and painful 3 years. Through the years I have highly recommended Attorney Stan Davis to anyone looking for a reputable personal injury attorney, and I will always continue to do so.

I was referred to Stan Davis after a personal injury crash when another ran a red light and t-boned me making a left turn. Grateful for the witnesses that stayed and helped me out of the car as well as waited for metro to show up. It was almost 2 hours as it was rush hour and the middle of storm, with the 2 totaled vehicles blocking the intersection. I was hesitant to get legal advice but did so immediately. Priscilla helped take care of my insurance claims and getting a new car immediately and was not in any need for them to do that as a courtesy. I recommend anyone to this firm as they treat you like a human being and not a number. I was clueless about law in these situations as all I see are commercials that everyone wants to forward through just to get back to what they are watching. They took care of me more than I even imagined. There is something to say about firms that don’t advertise and generate their business by word of mouth. I highly recommend and would not trust anyone else!
