Well spoken and kind staff, but I feel like my case didn't do as well as it should have because I was advised to do one thing, and afterward Stan told me that one thing was completely wrong and should not have been done, much less advised by their team. They also lost the papers I personally delivered to the office multiple times and ended up charging me to get the documents themselves.
