John Day Office was there from day one literally.I thank the office for everything they have done with my case.The office was very persistent every step of the way , and I mean that whole heartily.If I had to do it all over again,wish I hope not . This was my first accident and I didnt know what to expect or what the process would be like. I have to say I am very happy that I was referred to John Day Law Offices. They explained the process from beginning to end and kept me informed every step of the way. They also checked on me to see how I was doing physically, which really meant a lot to me. Because Caroline and Amy did their due diligence, they made this so much easier and it wasn’t a long drawn out ordeal. Thank you guys for your attention and dedication.

Loved the staff at John Day! Liz and Mat were incredibly helpful, especially since I’ve never had to work with lawyers before. They made everything very understandable and walked me through every step of the way. It was a breezy process. They kept me updated constantly on the status of my case. They even helped me handle negotiation for my property damage, regardless of the fact that they were not getting paid a fee for it.
Also let’s not forget the wonderful receptionist who was always a total sweet heart! Thank you guys.
