Hit by a distracted driver, injuries plus vehicle totaled. Case complicated, Allstate Insurance failed to make a timely payment, resulting in VUMC placing a lien against me. Caroline, Rachel, office staff worked with VUMC, VUMC Legal Department, Medicare, Allstate Insurance, State Farms Insurance and Davidson County Courts to resolve and finalize my case. I am very thankful for the help and support I received from the John Day Law Practice.

I am glad that I worked with these guys. I was born and raised abroad and I've just lived in the US for 3 years. Not having any experience on car accidents and how things work in the US used to scared me a lot. So I had my first car accident April 2018 and despite being read ended, the police officer told me that he thought it was a 50/50. He actually expressed that in the report. After doing my research, it's very unlikely to be at fault if you are rear ended. So I contacted these guys and they connected me with Caroline. She was super helpful at explaining me the things I needed to do and she even sent me a copy of the police report, which really amazed me because I had not made the decision to file a lawsuit at that point. Since I had no injuries and the other insurance company admitted being at fault immediately, I told Caroline I would not require an attorney. Next year, February 2019, my wife was rear ended while taking our baby to the pediatrician. This time it was different because i wanted to make sure my wife and my daughter had no injuries or complications that I would be worried about if I didn't take them to hospital. So I contacted these guys again and they connected me with Caroline. She was super helpful from the very beginning, explained to me how things would work during the lawsuit so I let them file a claim on my behalf. During the entire process they kept us posted. Also, Caroline is very professional, punctual and detail oriented. Keep up the great work Caroline!
