THE ABSOLUTE BEST ATTORNEY IN NASHVILLE. Stan and his team have a "never give up" attitude and always put your best interest above their bottom line. This isn't your typical law firm. They aren't a "factory" like most of the law firms out there. They're just good, honest people fighting to make sure you get what you deserve from your case. My case started in Florida where I was rear ended. I originally choose an attorney there as well. After moving to Nashville, I had several people recommend that I switch to Stan Davis. I had no idea I had the right to change my attorney and did so promptly as my faith was waning with the original attorney's I had chosen. Boy I'm glad I did. I won't give you specific numbers but Stan was able to negotiate a sum that was 5 times higher then the insurance company originally offered. That's saying something. Through the process, I was sent to some great physical therapy people who worked on my injuries. He's the real deal folks. If you're looking for someone with honesty and integrity, someone who is easy to get a hold of, someone who is legitimately excited to help his clients get the best outcome while getting the care you need in the meantime, look no further. Wes Southerland is wonderful! I was at peace knowing that Wes was handling all the details. I had no health insurance and was not able to continue the physical therapy that was needed after the car accident. Wes stepped in and took care of the bills so I could continue my physical therapy. He as well, was very easy to get ahold of. If he is not able to answer your call the first time, he always calls back at his first opportunity. And no, he does not calculate every minute he speaks to you! He does not charge by the minute like most attorneys. He is realistic and does not oversell the end result of the case, but... he will fight for the best settlement for you! He is down to earth and easy to speak to. I would most definitely recommend Wes Southerland to handle your case!
