I highly recommend Todd Cole for ANY legal need. I have never needed an attorney before, and he represented me with great integrity in a complex business matter. I was treated like family from the first introduction throughout the whole process. He truly cared about my case, concerns, and budget. He and his staff were transparent and communicated often so there was never any guessing about the process, timeline or billing.

I'm a lawyer practicing in Canada, and I had a client who needed advice on a matter governed by Tennessee law. I hired Todd's firm on their behalf. Todd gave my client excellent and timely advice about the risks, options, and next steps, and with his help we were able to get a positive result quickly and efficiently.

I hired Todd Cole for a civil lawsuit on a flat-fee contract. In the process of the lawsuit, he told me that two potential defendants may involve in the case. He requested more money additional to flat-fee contracted, otherwise, he would withdrew from the case. I cannot afford his hourly rate charge and let him withdrew from the case in June 2016. He promised he would transfer whole case files to my next attorney. After Todd Cole withdrew from the case, I hired another attorney to continue the case. The case was dismissed in 2017, because the new attorney could not find the important documents in case files that obtained from Todd Cole. The crucial file about previous case’s disposition which Todd Cole kept and did not pass on. Todd Cole did not have any evidence to prove he transferred the full case files to my new attorney. I eventually had to get back my documents through the court order in March 2020. Now I rethink the whole process, Todd Cole should have continued my original case because it was a flat-fee contract. He breached the contract and found a way to escape with the least effort and most money. He did not pass on the whole case files to the next attorney or me which caused my 5-year litigation to be dismissed. He did not complete the contract and I did not know at that time and let him withdraw.

We had an unusual offer to buy one of our timeshares. Some things didn't feel right, but we couldn't identify the specific issues. Cole Law Group did a great job researching this and helping us avoid what was probably a sham transaction. I'd highly recommend them to others. They were very easy to work with, timely and effective.

My experience with the Cole Law group revolves around a breach of contract with my previous employer. Once terminated, I sought legal counsel. I found that either the lawyers that I contacted didn’t understand the case or weren’t interested in fighting a local giant. The Cole Law group was different.
