My wife was told someone would call back 4x but never did, she always had to reach back out to them. She was literally told that they had a "big case coming up" that was more important using that as an excuse to not call her back. She felt completely unimportant and brushed off. She left multiple voicemails and messages and nobody still has reached back out and it's been two weeks. You're better off finding someone else that can help you, which is what we did. Oh and her name was Millie, some old lady that clearly needs to retire due to the amount of work given to her.
