Her paralegal, Monica, is super responsive no matter the day or time you send an email, and very accurate in her legal work, which makes the case go smoothly. This lawyer rudely dismissed me and my case without hearing what I was calling him for because he did not want to sue the sheriffs office and their attorney for damage they did to my car while in their care. He was cowardly in his answers and dismissed me and hung up on me. When I called back his aid refused to give me his name until I pressed her several times. Very rude and bullish. When I asked for a referral he laughed and hung up. This lawyer was recommended to me by the Chattanooga Bar Association referral service that he indicated my type of case was what he pursued. He either lied on that referral application or to me.
