I have been working with Amanda since 2017 and it has been nothing but a pleasure. From the initial consultation to discharge, Amanda has been there for me every step of the way. I am a sole business owner yet registered as an LLC due to contractual reasons. I first went to a different Attorney and was advised that he wasn't sure about filing a chapter 7 because he said that they could take my business. Im a service business with no assets involved. He thought it would be best to file a chapter 13 with the possibility of the monthly payment increasing if I started making more money.
