We contacted Ben with regards to a minor citation our son received. We were dealing with a stressful medical situation when the hearing was approaching and Ben handled everything with the utmost diligence. With our family not being from the area, we didn’t want to take a chance with with a public defender. Ben responded to emails promptly, kept us in the loop every step of the way and resolved the issue within a matter of days. Our family appreciates having one less thing to worry about thanks to him! In 2014 we were fortunate enough to find Ben to represent our daughter for a DWI. At a time like this, my wife, my daughter and I were very distressed. Ben was very compassionate about our situation and explained the legal process in detail. He operated very comfortably and professionally in the courtroom and is respected by both judges and prosecuting attorneys. Ben was able to negotiate a one year loss of license with no additional requirements from the court. We were happy with the outcome and felt the punishment fit the crime. March 1 of 2019 we contacted Ben to represent our daughter for expungement of her DWI record. On March 25 we received notice from Ben that our petition for expungement was granted. It removed any information about this charge from public record. I would recommend Ben to anyone who has the need for criminal defense. You will be in good hands.

I have nothing but good things to say about Ben. I got a referral from another attorney about Ben during the toughest time in my life dealing with a few charges and one consisting of being a second offense DUI. He was incredibly professional, straight forward, quick to reply, and even kept my Dad informed with all the details throughout the whole process. The week before court he called my dad and I to discuss with us the plea deal he thought he could get for me which was getting my DUI lowered to another charge. In court, Ben only got the the plea I was looking for but to my surprise he got my other charges dismissed! I would 100 percent recommend Ben.
