Awesome attorney if you every have to use him!! Office staff very helpful and friendly

My husband and I are blessed to have been represented by Eron Epstein. Our case was processed smoothly and quickly even though we had many questions and concerns. We do feel a huge weight lifted from our shoulders and we can now move forward instead of fighting for life financially. I encourage anyone who may be having problems to contact Mr. Epstein. We have had the worst experience with this office, after filing a Chapter 13 my car was repossed, because of paperwork not being filed properly, trying to get a call returned, we would leave 5,6 messages and still no call. I find Mr. Epstein to be very condescending and rude at times. For him to be the most expensive attorney in Chattanooga, we were and are extremely disappointed.

When you are overwhelmed by financial circumstances and make the tough decision to file bankruptcy, Mr. Epstein is the Attorney I would suggest. His staff is wonderful!

Mr. Epstein took our case for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. It was the first time in our lives (I'm 74 and my wife 70) that we have had to do something like this and it was stressful not to mention the harassment we have experienced. Mr. Epstein took away our stress and gave us confidence with his professional and expert ability. When we signed on with him, he told us that now was the time to quit worrying and his time to do the work and the talking. He sure was right and we relaxed as he did all that was needed and the paperwork was exhausting. He took care of everything making sure every t was crossed and every i was dotted. We were very impressed with his work and that of his wonderful staff. They were great. It has been a wonderful experience considering the levity of what we were doing, obtaining financial freedom. We would recommend his services to anyone who has our common need, a fresh start. We are looking forward to taking the course "Rebuilding Your Credit Score" which Mr. Epstein is funding for anyone he has taken through bankruptcy.
