Mr. Hawkins was very professional and took time out to always talk me through the legal procedures that I didn't understand... My case was Fedaral and I could've went to prison.. Mr.Travis work Hard for me and it turned out in my Favor...I would Recommend him everytime.

Recently Travis settled a suit for us concerning an issue we had with a timeshare company. He was thorough in getting information from us to substantiate our claim. He was prompt and efficient in preparing the information needed to file a claim on our behalf. He then negotiated with the company to get the best terms of settlement possible; one with which we could agree upon. The suit was settled in good time and we were awarded the dollar amount promptly and efficiently. Travis was personable and friendly. We would recommend Travis to anyone who wants a good attorney.

I initially met Travis through a close friend of mine that he was representing. Shortly after my friends successful court date we talked with Travis outside of the courthouse, this was the first time I had ever had a conversation with a lawyer. My initial thoughts were how efficient and professional Travis was in court representing my friend, and how extremely kind and personable he was when we talked with him after court. About a month or two after I met Travis I had run into some legal issues in Maury County. It was my first time being arrested and first time being accused of a DUI. My family and I didn't take this lightly and we knew I would need some serious help. I was very thankful I had met Travis prior to this and not a second thought followed when I thought of who to call. My father and I met Travis at his office and discussed all the details of the arrest and how we would proceed. Travis was calm and confident, and told us not to worry. My dad and I left his office knowing we had made the right decision. As soon as Travis heard anything about my case he would call immediately and fill us in with all the details. It was great knowing my lawyer had my back at all times throughout this case. When the court date came I saw him in the front row with the other lawyers and I felt confident. My family and I were praying for a positive outcome, and forty five minutes later Travis explained to us how my DUI had just turned into a seat belt infraction. I give Travis five stars and would use him again without question. Thanks again Travis.

When I first met with Travis I was a wreck. He was very compassionate. After explaining my situation he went through the process so I would know what to expect. He walked me through each step and helped me understand what was going to happen and eased my fears. When I would call with questions he always responded immediately He was able to work with the authorities and the DA to get a plea bargain with special consideration attached. The process was long because of the situation but he kept me informed and was there anytime I needed to talk. He accomplished what he said he would do and I am very grateful for his effort. He was always professional and caring. From my experience with Travis, I would recommend him very highly. He representation was outstanding.

Travis is a very conscientious and tactful lawyer. He has dealt with the legal system long enough and knows the people within the system. To the point that he can calculate a move and closely predict the response. I had to heavily rely on his knowledge throughout my legal issue. Travis never steered me wrong. He got me the best possible sentence with what the factors were. I went from looking at 10 year sentence, to only a year at a halfway house. Not only do I still use Travis for anything legally related. I actually forged a friendship with him. I guess that is a testament to how down to earth and approachable he is. I have met other inmates that have been represented by Travis and they have all shared my opinion of him. He is definitely a rarity amoung the sea of financially driven lawyers that are eager to take your money.

I have had the opportunity to work with Travis on several occasions. When I moved to Tennessee 8 years ago I was in the midst of starting my own legal nurse consulting business. Travis helped me set up my LLC and was helpful in reviewing contracts that I was using with clients. Upon hearing that I did this type of consulting work, we were able to enter into a collaboration on several personal injury cases that he was involved in. On a personal legal level, he was helpful in updating my will, power of attorney, health care power of attorney and other personal legal forms. I have used Travis Hawkins on two occasions and was very pleased with the services received. Travis is very professional but still personable.
