Jill Thrash and her family have been clients of mine for many years. She drew up the contracts that I currently use for my landscape maintenance company. I had a client who was canceling a contract that still had several months to until it expired. I was having issues with medical bill collectors and getting them to reduce their bills and fees that they added to my account and my credit report took a hit. I called Jill Thrash and she typed a letter that day to send to all my medical bill collectors and they agreed to reduce their bills and take the unnecessary fees off. I am so thankful for Jill Thrash. in Chattanooga, TN! She also gave me advice when I was involved in an accident where someone rear-ended me and they weren't insured and my insurance company wanted me take my deductible on my property damage out on my total. She is very knowledgeable in so many areas of the law. Anytime, I had a question or concerns she was always available to answer them. She will actually call her clients and not have her assistant calling. She is a hands on attorney. She's very passionate and hard driven in all her cases. This past summer my husband was served a warrant from Florida for Failure to Appear on a robbery charge dated back in 1986. That's 28 years ago. Thank goodness we found a great Lawyer and, to make a long story short, all charges were dropped. Before we left Chattanooga to go to Florida I called Attorney Jill Thrash for advise and to see if she could hook us up with a good trustworthy attorney in Florida. I didn't know her personally but I went to Elementary and High School with her husband. Jill took time out of her schedule to give us advise. She was extremely kind and caring. She showed true concern for our plight and told me to call her anytime if I needed to talk. She also asked me to let her know how things worked out. If she is that helpful with someone who wasn't even a paying client I can only imagine how professional she would be with her clients.
