These guys are amazing! The attorneys at Summers, Rufolo, and Rodgers are extremely receptive, they care, and most importantly they are effective. Mr. McGowan listened to my situation and responded professionally and concisely - he responded clearly and helped me understand all my options without being long-winded or giving me unnecessary anecdotes and information. Further, I began receiving correspondence from him immediately after he agreed to take up my case and it was clear that he was doing everything in his power to work on my behalf. It was clear that he was sympathetic with my situation and that he was legitimately fighting for me using all the tools available. He also made use of his colleagues and I felt that the resources of the whole firm were behind me. Most importantly the attorneys are top-notch and know the legal system very well. I cannot thank them enough for all of their help - highly recommended!

While employed at Summers, Rufolo, and Rodgers ; James T Neal lied to and mislead my fiancé for years. Once his negligence was discovered, the firm offered to “help”. What happened was being embarrassed and dismissed by Mr Summers and David Ward the attorney Mr Summers brought in to “help”(sarcasm implied). If you want a firm on your side look elsewhere.
