I’m a health care professional and my record was completely clean. I got arrested for domestic assault while at a party. I was unsure if I should hire a lawyer because I was told it would probably get dropped anyway but my nerves were too bad to risk it. I looked around and found Matt and the first time I talked to him I knew he was awesome. I decided to hire him and I’m so glad I did. Matt got me in immediately and got it taken care of. He got everything dropped and erased off my record and it was so easy. I would absolutely recommend Matt Brock to any and everyone. Mr. Brock made a very stressful situation tolerable. He went above and beyond to get my daughter out on bail on his day off at a facility that was horribly run with no communication. He responded quickly with all questions and concerns. He eased our anxiety by explaining everything and keeping us informed when necessary. I was arrested for a BUI. I don't even had a speeding ticket on my record. I met with Matt for an initial consultation and felt very much at ease talking with him. My goal doing into this was trying to get it erased from my record. After the initial consultation we spoke on the phone several times. There were a couple of issues with my arrest that Matt brought up. He used those to get a much better outcome than I had expected. I ended up taking a 6 month diversion and only lost my boating license for 6 months. We could have fought it further but it was my decision. I did something wrong and did not feel right continuing to fight it. Matt gave great advice. He was never pushing me to fight it. I felt happy with getting it taken off my record.

Mr. Brock did the impossible with my case. He was able to achieve a Pre-trial diversion in my case, although my ex-wife was determined to make things difficult. He defended me when I was falsely accused and he will defend you just as well. He is a great attorney and was very clear about fees and the general process.
