after reading many reviews I went with Best and Brock. After court and everything I am 100% positive I made the right choice. Matt Brock came to the rescue for me when I received a speeding ticket by a State Trooper in Chattanooga. He responded immediately to my inquiry and was very knowledgeable about the whole process.
