10/10, would recommend. Specifically works with criminal and injury cases. Garth Best not only was professional from the moment they took our call, but all the moments after. Garth continued to keep us in the loop, made sure we were aware of our situation, asked us when we needed further explanation and was physically attendant. Only needed to reschedule a couple times throughout our year and a half of doing business. And even then, we would get a call with a quick and thorough update. With 4 DA changes, several court date changes, Garth was always on top of keeping us in the loop of any changes as soon as the change was made. Could not recommend a better group to work with. Well worth the money, every time. Keeping Garth’s number saved just in case.

Mr. Best with Best and Brock was very professional and open with how the case would be handled. He informed me of my options and gave great counsel on what he would consider the best course of action to be. After being falsely arrested on *suspicion of DUI" (I not only wasn't under the influence but literally never have been), I was irate and looking for answers. I spoke with Mr. Best and found him to be exceptionally professional and knowledgeable in his field. He's an astute listener, a clear communicator, punctual, and reliable. I was very comfortable with having him as my representation, and I definitely recommend him. Furthermore, I have two acquaintances in Chattanooga who are attorneys, and one offered to represent me for free, but there was such a contrast in demeanor and professionalism that I literally preferred to pay for Mr.Best's services as opposed to getting free representation from the other individual. Months later, I do not regret the decision.... Far from it, actually. Mr.. Best has been quite the professional (I know I'm using that adjective a lot, but it applies) attorney, and I'm very glad that he was my selection. P.S. And the female receptionist I spoke with was kind, cordial, and professional in our interactions. P.P.S. The firm has a nifty appearance that spruces up and stands out downtown. The sleek, serious, tasteful font in its sign symbolizes the manner in which the aforementioned carry themselves.
