Sam Byrd and his team helped us get partial custody of our step daughter. He was extremely helpful and empathetic towards our situation! He was always there to support us and always had great advice on how to handle difficult situations. His staff, also AMAZING! They are so nice and very knowledgeable. If you are looking for a lawyer who is knowledgeable, experienced, and dedicated to his clients, then I can promise you, you will not be disappointed when you hire Sam Byrd!!

I used Sam Byrd for child custody of my great nephew whose mother is on drugs, I paid them everything they said to pay, and I lost the case and the defendant didn't have representation. She defendant herself with lies and the lawyer who represented me never questioned her lies, I paid this firm five thousand five hundred dollars. I am so disappointed and sad.

It may be premature to give a 5-star review, as I have not spoken with the attorney. However, Tiffany was so quick to return my intake call, and she was so very kind during her call. I look forward to speaking with the attorney soon.

Kevin and Tiffany are the best!! Tiffany was my first point of contact and she was so helpful and reassuring with everything I was dealing with. She was the only one I would speak to when I had to call the office and she wasn't available she would call back within a few minutes/hours. I never had to wait long. She even got me in to meet with Kevin within 2 days! Meeting with Kevin was a breeze! He was more than helpful with explaining the whole process. He broke it down from start to finish with all my options, what he planed to do, and what the potential outcomes could be. He was straight to the point but also reassuring and treated me like I was a person. He actually cared about me and never once had any judgements towards me. He understands that life happens and everyone needs help sometimes. They also offer payment plans which is also something that sold me on them. Not everyone can pay outright so the fact that they offer a payment plan option was a huge plus for me! I would recommend them to anyone for anything! They are amazing!

Thank you Clancy and Donna y’all were AMAZING Tim can now rest at night! Clancy got my husband exactly what he came in and ask for!! We had a lawyer prior to hiring Sam Byrds office from December 23 till July and was getting NO where but when we hired Clancy in July it was up hill from there they are on top of there stuff and will go in to win!!! Our Baby boy will now get raised by both parents as he should!! Thanks to Clancy and Dona we will forever be great for you guys!
