Contacted Mr. Guster to handle a speeding violation. He was very knowledgeable about my situation and provided excellent advice. My husband was issued a speeding ticket outside Chattanooga while we were traveling from Bristol, TN to Houston, TX. Not familiar with Tennessee attorneys, we did some research and contacted Micah. He was wonderful. He knew the Tennessee trooper's identity before we told him. Apparently, that trooper makes a career of ticketing people on that stretch of I-95. Micah got the ticket dismissed before the court date. He really knows what he's doing, and he's a pleasant guy to deal with. Unlike most lawyers, Micah calls us himself. We don't have to go through layers of secretaries and paralegals to talk to him. If we ever get in trouble again in Tennessee, we will call him right away!

Needed help getting a speeding ticket reduced in TN because I have a NC license and NC suspended my license over the ticket. To make matters worse I had plead guilty and paid a fine in TN not knowing this would result in license suspension. This dude is the man always good about getting back to me right away, and giving me tons and tons of advice along the way. He helped me get my ticket reduced so I can get my license back. I don't think he wasted a single day. He filed everything to the court as soon as it was possible. Prior to finding him I must have called 20-30 different attorneys in NC and TN. Couldn't get any of them to return my calls, but this dude really pulled through.

I have used this law firm twice now and both times it was a great pleasure working with them.
