I had a very serious criminal case facing up to 15 years. I gave Mr Guster a call only two days before my court date. He showed up promptly and ready for war!!! I can honestly say he went above and beyond of what I thought a lawyer could do for me and now I’m getting the blessing of typing this to you while watching my daughter play around. God is good and he is working through this law firm!! Thank you guys for the service and I’ll definitely be recommending you to everybody!!!

Micah Guster was incredibly unprofessional representing the opponents in my case. He showed up to my house unannounced and gave me the impression he was sharing evidence, when he was instead serving me papers. He served the papers to someone who was not myself or legally affiliated with me in any way. Moreover, the papers were motions he was filing to have my case (property theft in a civil suit) thrown out. It was revealed in the courtroom that the motions he was filing were completely unfounded and even inapplicable in that area of law. I won in getting the motions denied as a 19 year old with only a high school diploma against this man. He lied and claimed to me he had no phone records of me attempting to contact him— I did have record of that attempt. He repeatedly called me from a private number after I’d established and he agreed that any communication outside of the courthouse needed to be in such a way that it could be documented. He continued to call me from a private number and be incredibly unprofessional and unethical. He feigned illness in the initial hearing to gain leniency and support from the DA acting as judge, and then dropped his “cold” voice when things were not going the way he expected them to. He used his connections to have the trial postponed when his clients moved out of state, and I was never made aware of a new trial date, if one was even set. I’m aware that attorneys may use intimidation or other slimy tactics as part of their practice, but his tactics were pathetic and unnecessary. I could not imagine paying someone a lawyer’s salary to be that unprofessional, that unethical, and to be visibly rattled by an unrepresented teenager with no higher education.

I am not a person who does reviews, but Lawyer Micah Guster completely deserves a very good one. Lawyer Micah Guster is excellent!!! He was very kind and professional from the very beginning to the very end. He took the time to listen to us and made sure to understand the situation. My husband got a speeding ticket in a town with speed traps and Mr. Micah made all possible to get the best deal at the court. We are very happy with his services, would recommend him 100%, and would definitely have him again as our lawyer if we need this in the future. Excellent job!!!
