I also reached out to the Davis Firm about my Workers Comp case and I was fully aware of the Ombudsman program and most of the rules. However, I did have some questions about the No Fault Laws and my process going forward and Scott Davis spent a whopping 40 minutes on the phone with me explaining the things coming next and what pitfalls to watch for. All, as advertised, in a "Free Consultation". I didn't feel rushed, he answered all of my questions, was very knowledgeable and informed, and I felt that he actually cared about me as an injured person and wished me the best of luck going forward. Scott, is a genuine human attorney that I both will use if my case takes a turn and would recommend to anyone. I must also say that first I called "You gotta get Ga**y" and couldn't get past his very skilled call screener and couldn't even get a minute with an actual attorney before being and feeling rejected. Previously, I wrote a review regarding this firm and I stated that I had left a message and had not received a call back from anyone. That has since changed and although I have not spoken with anyone in the firm yet, someone has reached out to me several times to discuss my problem. At this point, I have nothing but positive comments regarding this law firm and have deleted my previous comment that said no one had returned my phone call. As a matter of fact, I would like to thank the individual who has reached out to me several times.

I reached out to Scott Davis for some advice on a Workmans Comp case. Not only did he take the time to explain how the Workmans Comp case works , but he also guided me in the direction I needed to go. He did this at no charge and after hours.
