The absolute Best in Attorneys. I was involved in a car accident in 2021. It wasn't my fault and when I was finally released from the hospital I was in a wheelchair for 10 weeks and wasn't able to travel anywhere. I called McMahan and spoke with Joe Hollis and explained what had happened and he came to my home and we talked and he explained everything that would be expected and he stayed for around 4 hours. 1 of the nicest people I've ever met. He went above and beyond for me and my family. We still talk and he checks on how I'm doing even though everything has been settled out already. The Attorneys at McMahan Law Firm really care for their clients as your part of their family. If something ever comes up and I need an attorney for anything there's no where else I'd go. If you find yourself in need of an attorney McMahan is the Best in my opinion. Thank you Joe for everything you did for me and my family. We greatly appreciate everything.

Great experience

My wife and I were in a three car wreck which totaled our car and caused both of us to need medical treatment and additional physical therapy after the wreck. Jay and his team were able to help us through the process of getting reimbursed for our injuries. In particular, Michael was an amazing asset throughout this process. He kept in contact with us on a regular basis, always finishing the call with when he would be reaching out next. This helped comfort us knowing they had our backs and weren't letting our case sit idle. We are incredibly thankful to Jay, Michael, and their team in working with us and getting us appropriately compensated for our injuries.

I recently contacted Jay concerning a old medical debt . He not only enlightened me about the law & my rights but got the whole case dismissed!! He did not allow the hospital to take advantage of me. They had already got their money!!! It was years old!!! Jay showed he's true to his word! It was an educational experience for me! I was in a car wreck and obtained McMahan law firm. Ms Billie was very informative. She made sure I new what was going on every step of the way rather by phone or email. I talked to Jay on the phone concerning my case also. When I didn't understand some things going on with my case Jay setup an appointment for me to come into the office so he could explain it to me in person. I recommend McMahan because they will fight for you. I will use them again.

This is the worst Law Firm company in Tennessee. They guarantee you that they will do all they can to win your case. That is nowhere near the truth. After 5 years of my mom fighting, being in pain, submitting forms of evidence, and trying to get it. They decided to close her case when they never looked at any of the documents her doctor sent, her therapist sent, or even the hospital sent saying she deserves disability. They told her for 5 years she had a winable case, but never showed the evidence and then wonder why they don't have a winable case. They are all about that money or giving it to people who don't need it as much as my mother does. Pleas if you want to fight for disability, don't use them they are NOT the best lawyers in Tennessee.
