Mrs. Flynn, was an excellent lawyer. She handled my situation with tact and skill. It is not common to find such a patient and understanding person. She dedicates her time, and whole self to the endeavor she sets forth with. I was pleasantly surprised how thorough and effective she was. I hired Emma Flynn to review a contract that covered my purchase of the business assets of my former boss. Since I was technically starting a new business, the main thing I needed was protection from any claims against the former business by the IRS or other parties. The contract had to be ready to sign in a short amount of time and Mrs. Flynn delivered. She ironed out what was basically a rough draft, adding language and clauses that would protect me and removing anything that was superfluous. Her communication was timely and professional. I was able to meet with her to discus the details of my contract and follow up emails were answered immediately. Her bill was clear and negotiated up front, making it easy for me to know what to expect and focus on giving her the information she needed to assist me. Working with Mrs. Flynn was the best experience I've ever had with a lawyer. I would not hesitate to hire her in the future and refer her to others who may need her services.
