“Long story short over a year later all I have is a bill of sale and a deed to the land, since I bought a mobile home. It's my understanding that I paid insurance on the full sale price of the sale and yet part of that price included the mobile home, which they don't cover, as was written in the paperwork that I wasn't given time to read.”
