I can not say enough about Bob. Not only is he very professional but he is also very caring. Bob is an amazing Attoreny and will give you and your family nothing less than 100 percent. I was blessed to have Bob represent me and more than satisfied with his hard work and dedication to my case. Also, Bobs staff is absolutely amazing!

Divorce is never an easy decision; however, Alan was there every step of the way. Not only was a he a great attorney, he looked out for the best interest of me ans my children. He was very professional and when I had concerns or worries, he assured me that he knew exactly what he was doing and saw it through to the very end.

I hired Alan when I realized my case was more complicated regarding my child custody. He was very well recommended by many friends thats why knew I was in good hands. At first I didn’t expect to have results on my favor because the state usually favor the mother in custody case but Alan was able to get judge a clear view of the situation and have a better understanding since it was complicated case. Alan, David and Alex where always attentive and very professional they would guide me step by step on the laws of hamilton county. Alan and David were always very confident on their work even when the opposite party was making the case more complicated. At the end the judge strongly agreed with Alan and I was awarded custody of my son. I will recommend Alan and his team to anybody going through the same, you would feel very strong and confident going into court knowing they have everything under control.

I hired Alan Beard as my divorce attorney. I was referred to him by a friend who said "you don't want Alan on the other side of the table from you, he is that good." When I first called the office, I spoke to Alex, (Alan's OM/Asst) who was helpful and showed compassion for my situation. She took time to explain to me what I needed to do and she said to expect a call from Alan soon. Alan called me back within the hour. He listened to my situation and let me know that he would be able to help me. I had an appointment with him within the week and they had the case in motion right away. Alan used quite a bit of his personal time to answer my texts and questions. He is a down to earth guy and has a great sense of humor, I appreciated that during this stressful time. Alan and his staff are experienced and knowledgable in divorce. They were always available to speak to me when I called and they always answered my emails right away!
