So, I went looking for the best lawyer I could find. Was ready to spend a boatload on one of these high priced Chattanooga attorneys like my ex wife had. I talked to three of the big guys, and was about to write a check. I had consulted with Alan in the past and figured I would just give him a call on a hunch. Within five minutes I knew this was my guy. Alan went against who was "supposed" to be the best attorney in this city and outclassed and out performed him in every way shape and form. It got to the point I felt bad for my ex. Alan's humor, candor, and professionalism made one of the toughest things I have ever gone through bearable. Alex, and David on his staff were always prompt, courteous, and friendly. I honestly at times felt like I was his only client despite him carrying many. This is how a client/attorney relationship should work. His rates are reasonable and he always worked with me and kept me up to speed on where my account was. Do yourself a favor and talk to Alan before you go anywhere else...I have no doubt he will be your guy if you do!

Alan was my attorney in a divorce and child custody case. He was very knowledgeable about the law, and was very honest about all the possible ways the case could turn out. He sat down with me and we planned for every outcome, and what our next step would be. He was always available to talk with me, and he was very good with my family. If it wasn’t for Alan, my children would not have been protected, and I would not have had such a great outcome on my case. He really took the time to explain everything to me, and kept me and my children safe. Couldn’t ask for a better lawyer!

Hiring Alan for my child custody/parenting plan modification has been the best decision in my case. I had hired another attorney, but she failed to meet my expectations and was too soft with case and lacked the experience in this field of child custody/family law all while spending a waste of time and money for nothing. Once I decided to look for another legal representation, I found Alan. Upon our first meeting he displayed genuine concern, was already developing a game plan of what he could do WITH ONLY 1 MONTH BEFORE COURT! The time frame Alan had to prepare was so minimal, other attorneys would have demonstrated incompetence and unfamiliarity with my case. Alan not only understood my case, he corrected my previous attorney's failure to represent me well and won me my case. He demonstrated aggressiveness, assertiveness with creative thinking all while not budging on what was important; and that was not losing time with my son. I was going through a difficult time with my exwife trying to pull what days I had with my son by filing a motion to amended our current parenting plan while placing me in contempt. Alan saw through her antics and even when I was so close to court, Alan rose to the occasion with confidence when others couldn't. All in all, Alan ended up revealing my exwifes petty ways and not only saved my time with my son, he also got me more days with my son. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney. Not only was Alan amazing but his team of staff were exceptional as well. The lines of communication were always open, were always responsive to any inquiries or concerns I had, and they worked around the clock to prepare for my case on the short amount of time we had. Alan and his team were a blessing. Take it from me, Alan is experienced, knowledgeable and personable while having a never quit mentality. If you want results, Alan Beard is your attorney. If I could not give one star I would!!!!This attorney if that’s what you want to call him is HORRIBLE VERY RUDE AND DOESNT COMMUNICATE WITH HIS OWN CLIENTS!!!!!! Can’t even Win a Simple Child Support Case And Never follows up with ANYTHING!!! His So called ASSISTANTS sent me a Court order THREE WEEKS Before my Boyfriends Court date and NOBODY SHOWED UP TO HIS COURT DATE !!! NO EFFORT WAS PUT INTO THIS CASE!!! TWO MONTHS HAVE PASSED AND THEY HAVENT FILED TO DO ANYTHING...ANYTHING !!! I CALLED AND ASKS THIS GUY WHAT HAVE THEY DONE BESIDES LOSE ???? AND NO ANSWER WAS GIVEN HE JUST RESPONDED WELL WHAT DO WANT ME TO DO ??I LOST THE CASE BUT FOR $750 more I can TRY TO SEE IF CAN DO SOMETHING...THIS GUY DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!! MY BOYFRIEND GOT HIS OWN PURGE REDUCED FROM JAIL !!! SOMETHING I PAID THIS GUY TO DO !!! TERRIBLE SERVICE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! ITS REALLY ONE WHOLE STAR IM GIVING THIS GUY JUST A PORTION ..IF THAT ...WAS I SATISFIED WITH HIS SERVICE???????, ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!!!!!!!
