Donna was my Lawyer of choice when I decided to try and navigate the path to gaining Disability coverage from the Social Security Administration, she made the process so easy for me to navigate, keeping me up to date on all the things that were happening and all things that were needed to complete the process. Donna Green refiled my SSI disability case for me in 2021 at the outbreak of Covid-19. This was after all the State of TN SSI caseworkers had been sent home to work. That did not happen, caseworkers did nothing including not answering the phone with mailboxes that remained full. It had already been 6 months when Donna Green started a long truly exhausting process that finally culminated in our favor after 2 years from my original filling date. Point being the whole time Donna Green did not give up (As I already had) maintained the highest level of professionalism returned every call promptly. Bottom line if you are fortunate enough to be represented by Donna Green, I will tell you that this Lawyer is driven, focused, and a real person. Basically, you have the best.

Donna Green is a very friendly, very knowledgeable and HONEST disability lawyer. She filed my first appeal, and represented me when I had to appear before the judge. With Covid going on, I had to wait a bit, since I opted out of the telephone hearing, on Donna's advice. But when they brought out the video hearings, she left it up to me. I am glad I chose to go ahead with the video hearing, or I would still be waiting. We won my case last October. I would recommend her to anyone, who has a valid case. And she is very easy to contact when you need to talk to her.

I worked in the legal field before I became disabled. A friend recommended Ms. Green to me. I am so glad she did. Ms. Green was compassionate, and attentive. Due to COVID we were delayed on several occasions. She was still persistent in all of her due process of the law. She kept me informed consistently of all the delays, and explained in detail why it was happening. My case was challenging but she never relented in her thoroughness in handling each detail. I would highly recommend Ms. Green for any disability case. She has experience, knowledge, and integrity. The three most important characteristics you would want to defend you.

Donna was a godsend for me. My disability causes cognitive confusion with complex and detailed issues. Disability appeals can be scary and confusing, but Donna put me at ease the best she could and didn't have any problem going slowly to help me understand everything.
