In 2016 my husband and myself hired Sam as an attorney. When I called Sam to set up a meeting I explained to him that the lawyer we had before told us that it would be impossible for us to every get custody of my step daughter. Also, there were other lawyers that we had looked at and talked to that told us the same thing. Sam asked us to come in for a meeting and when we did he told us that it may take some time but it was not impossible. In 2018, we got full custody of my step daughter. It did take some time because of circumstances that my husband and myself had to deal with before, but during this time Sam helped us prepare for custody. Before we hired Sam we told him that we did not have a lot of money. Sam was not particularly concerned about that, he helped us with setting up payment plans which was really amazing. We never felt like Sam was working for the money, we felt as if he cared about our family sincerely. Sam is very knowledgeable in what he does, and made sure we could protect our daughter. It is really hard for fathers to get custody of there children in todays world because of how society works, but Sam made it possible. Now, our daughter is safe in our home out of harms way, and this is all due to how hard and dedicated Sam Byrd was to our case. I honestly feel like Sam is more a friend than just our attorney. He always kept us informed and always helped with whatever we needed when it came to our case. He also has an assistant named Brittany who is amazing as well. They are a good team and always cared. There is so much more I could say about Samuel Byrd, but the most important is that if you have a case that seems impossible to win, then you should look to Sam. With Sam as your attorney no case is impossible.

It is very clear that he and his team care about families. We will never forget Sam and the team, every one of them got to know us and fought for my family every step of the way and as it turned out... he saved my little girls life that day.

Sam Byrd is an excellent attorney! He jumped into the middle of a chaotic messed up situation absolutely beyond my control and gave it his best shot and did an outstanding job! He always helped me better understand and if He didn't have an answer to a question, He found it. He genuinely cares about children's well being and safety, emotionally and physically! He fought hard for my daughter as well as myself and my boys. He knows how to fight for his clients! He takes pride in what he does and works very hard! He has a wonderful assistant, Brittany, that was always there if I needed additional help in anything at all when He was not available right away. Sam answered my calls and when he couldn't, He always got back to me in a timely manner. I had a hard time throughout this case. It was very draining, but Sam Byrd was always there to lift me up! I vented, I cried, I was scared, I wanted to literally scream and He understood me, He listened to me, He talked me through and He never held back! He didn't always tell me what I wanted to hear, but it was always exactly what I needed to hear! He believed in me and I believed in him! He truly cared about my case and it showed! Being a single mom, finances are scarce and he also worked with me on a payment plan that worked for both of us. It's about being there for his clients and getting the job done! He never gave up on us and He won't give up on you! He is very dedicated and very well educated! I was very satisfied with his representation and I highly recommend his services!

Sam Byrd represented a family member in a very heart wrenching case. He always came well prepared and helped calm his client. He spoke with authority and compassion. He treated her as a person and not just another job. He is very knowledgeable of the law and was available to answer questions and calm her fears outside of the courtroom as well as in court. He was very helpful in walking her through a very stressful time.
