Lack of communication and responsiveness from the office

Potential issues with case handling and follow-through
“Things started out well with this office a year ago when I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy. My case wasn't easy, but it was handled well early on. One of the complications involved a meeting with the trustee in April 2023. But all was resolved during this one hour plus meeting, and my bankruptcy was discharged in May 2023. I also completed my payment to their office during that time. Since then, I have found out that my bankruptcy has never been closed.”
