Lack of communication and updates from the office
“I felt like there could have been more communication between me and the office, the only way I heard from them was to contact them first and one time I was told by the assistant to contact the creditor myself over something.”

“This attorney took my case (SSDI), never advised me of the appointment I had in front of the judge, nor did they submit my medical paperwork. I've gone elsewhere and was told if I wanted to continue with their incomplete case it may take up to 3 years!!”
