Nathan Evans handled my moms case after she was injured in an accident. My mom, Irene Baldi was a passenger in a vehicle that was not at fault. I was trying to obtain this company for a vehicle case, I spoke with a younger lady whom I explained the situation to, she placed me on hold and spoke with her manager (unknown name) and returned to tell me she is so sorry that her manager informed her that my case did not meet the criteria for them to represent the case. I asked what the criteria was and she would not tell me what the criteria was nor would she tell me the managers name, she just kept apologizing. I told her numerous times this is not favorable of the company she is representing, yet again just another apology no offer to speak with anyone else or anything. Just saying if you want to get something done, don't look here, they won't even open the door for you. Update.. yet again I am not given the exact criteria required.. good luck with your endeavors.
