Hired this firm to represent me with filing a contested divorce. I understand this is a process. Started off great got to mediation and kept being told during mediation that if I would agree to what my ex was asking for then my divorce could be final within the next month as it was around the holidays. I agreed and gave him everything he wanted. I didn't recieve the actual papers to sign for 4 months. I signed and then he didn't. Not their fault but during all this time I was charged for every single email or phone call to ultimately tell me we don't have an update. Fast forward to me offering him even more that he wanted and was told he agreed and would sign. I told them not to call me till they had signed papers from him as I wouldn't sign first again. We wait and they tell me that his attorney is saying he's not responding to her. I tell my attorney that I don't want them to do anything that charges me money, no emails no phone calls, nothing. That he has agreed and we are waiting on him to sign that's it. They wanted me to give them 5000 more to take it to trial I said I wanted to wait and not be charged for "updates" that were just telling me there wasn't an update. My attorney that I had already paid almost $10,000 said she can't work like that and withdrew from my case. After hiring a new attorney I was told that they never even filed our agreed mediation with the courts and that she should have filed for it to be enforced as it was a agreed legal document. It's been 2 years trying to get divorce and I wasted most of it and alot of money with this firm. I have a court date and will finally get the divorce that I want but it's not in thanks to this firm its all because I Hired a competent attorney, that's actually trying to get me divorce not just trying to take my money. Stay away.

Divorce sucks! But when you have a good lawyer that's going to explain everything & answer your endless questions, that makes things easier. Getting an appt was easy. The people answering the phone were even nice. Lets face it, in todays world its hurry up and get rid of people on the phone. Just make the appt and go away. Not them. That was really nice. Life was not going well and they just handled the hard stuff.

This firm is very professional and takes very good care with their clients . I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a nice and caring staff to take care of their divorce needs.

Mary Tapley is a wonderful employee who is always pleasant and knowledgable and helpful who accommodates the callers' need. She definitely deserves a good raise for the asset she is to the office.
