We hired James Phillips to help our son who is in the Navy currently going through separation.He has been our attorney and has been there for us over the past four and a half months. I hired Mr Phillips to submit and represent me in an appeal for an upgrade in my military discharge. I was optimistic on my initial consultation due to his advise. After paying his full fee of 3K, I never received any written communication. Little to no service rendered
