I took a trip out to TN and got in to some trouble in Clarksville and needed representation for a case while I was I back in my home state. I went to Grimes, Sensing & Clemons feeling distraught and like I had no hope, seeking a solid defense attorney that would actually fight for my case and get me the best possible deal. I left feeling comfortable and confident. I can honestly say I was not disappointed, the only time I needed to come back to TN was for the sentencing(mind you cases may differ) and unbelievably Jeffery Grimes was able to pull a rabbit out of a hat and get a felony charge reduced to a misdemeanor as well as talk down the court fines... I strongly suggest Jeffery Grimes as your defense attorney for any legal issues you may have, also their fees are very reseasonable and they will do payment plans. Grimes is the best defense lawyer you could ask for. He was able to take what would generally be a felony for sure and get it down to a misdemeanor and a fine. If you have him as your lawyer, you won't have anything to worry about.

I was new to the area and stopped into Old Chicago to pick up a pizza and take home to the family. The pizza wasn't ready yet so, I ordered a beer to hold me over on the wait. The pizza came, I finished, and off I went. It was dark and I didn't realize when pulling out, that I needed to take a right to travel around the median to exit out. I though it was a 2 lane (1 incoming and 1 outgoing). I was wrong and was met by an incoming police officer. She told me to back up and I said thanks and I wasn't from the area. I backed up and took the correct lane. She flipped the lights on me and I pulled over. She was very angry and stating what I didn't understand about stopping. I told her respectfully that she didn't tell me to stop, see told me to back up and no direction after that. I can't reat minds. She asked if I had been drinking. I told her I had a beer while I was waiting on pizza to take home to the family. She asked thay I do a field sobriety taste. 4 actions I had to do and I passed all with flying colors. I now had about 3 other cop cars pulled up on me with lights on, all of them outside with me (sorry I took up so many responders for the rest of the citizens) She then asked if they could search my car. Yes, I know I have the right to refuse but I was complying and didn't think I had anything to hide. They found my gun in the center console. I always have it in my car and being new to Clarksville, I didn't realize it was illegal to have one in your car even after a sip of alcohol. She got me for possession of a gun while intoxicated. She then told me, there was no reason to believe I couldn't make it home safely but said I could be lying about 1 beer and I'm just not drunk yet so I needed to call for a ride. Jeff was reasonable with his costs, had no hidden fees and fights for you like he has a true relationship with you. He was able to have my case nulle and expunged. Great guy to have on your side and talks to you like a normal humanbeing. This is the first time in my 31 years I have ever gotten in trouble and glad I came across Mr. Grimes.

Mr. Sensing is an excellent attorney. He fought with me the whole 2 years my case took for me to get the time with my son I’ve always wanted. I will definitely recommend his services to anyone and I will be going back to him if I have any issues in the future. Also Pat and Amy are awesome!!
