Steve and Rebecca were both amazing, very responsive to questions. I needed legal assistant after I was already divorce. Steve and Rebecca came in and saved the day all while I was out the country working. I would definitely recommend having them in your corner if you need legal representation.

I first reached out to Steve Girsky in December of 2022 when my husband and I was entertaining the idea of a divorce. I submitted a "free" consultation request from his website and within 24 hours Steve responded and PERSONALLY reached out to me to set up a zoom meeting. He was very understanding and considerate of my emotions. My husband and I went back in forward for 2 years on trying to work things out. As I went back and forward on at least 3 different occasions reaching out to Steve for guidance. He never once not taken my call, berated me for wasting his time, or ignored me. He was very patient and always provided me with the best possible solution for my situation. Finally, in September 2024 I went all in and officially hired Steve. Prior to hiring him I was a bit concerned about something and I wanted to know if it was best to file Uncontested or Contested based on an asset that I felt that I wanted to fight for, but at the same time I didn't have a lot of money to go back and forwards with a Contested Divorce, especially if I may not win. Steve called me bright and early that morning and explained to me how Court/Judge works when it came to that particular asset and considering it was bought prior to our marriage and was still in my husband's name (even though it was a gift to my daughter) Steve felt that it would be in my best interest to go Uncontested because I wouldn't win just based off those things. After taken Steve advice, I released the asset back to my husband and I immediately felt an overwhelming amount of stress and anxiety lift off my chest. My husband became cooperative with the Divorce, waived his rights to Contest, Appeal and Counsel and signed the papers without any issues. Literally, everything Steve told me would happen, happened. Effective, December 2024 our Divorce will be FINALIZED all within 60 days just as Steve promised. I am so very grateful and thankful for Steve and Rebecca. Thank you!

I'm a dad, in the Army, of two boys. I recently got divorced where my ex wife tried a lot of nasty tricks to get custody of the boys. Thanks to Mr. Steve Girsky and his office I got custody of both of my children and my divorce is done. Mr, Girsky and his team will give you great advice on how to navigate things as the divorce is on going, will listen to what you want done, and get it done. If I didn't have Mr. Girsky and his team, I do not know if things would have went as well as they did for me. Not only would I recommend him to anyone, I already have recommended him to a friend who is also in the Army. He did well with him. Don't be afraid to ask questions and definitely listen to the advice from him and his team they are absolutely amazing.

I was going through a divorce with my ex who lives in Kentucky while I currently live out of state. During the mediation, you can immediately tell his name carries weight in and out of the court room. He is very polite, attentive, and firm in what you're trying to achieve. If I didn't hire Steve and his team, I don't think joint custody or even visitation would have been on the table. I got everything that I needed during my time and his services fall nothing short of amazing. If you're dealing with someone unruly or demanding, do yourself a favor and call Steve. His presence alone makes other attorneys think twice about what their client is asking for, they know he would not go down without a fight in the court room.

I cannot say enough good things about Steve and his paralegal, Becky. I came back from Afghanistan a broken man. My ex-wife filed for divorce while I was injured in the hospital, and she had refused me contact with our daughters for months. Steve and Becky helped get my girls back in my life. That is worth more than all the money in the world. Over time, I went from having visitation every other weekend and no parental rights to having primary custody and full decision making. Do you know how hard that is for a father to do? It was an uphill battle all the way, but Steve and Becky never left my side. They believed in me when I didn't believe in myself. Now my girls are in a much better place, emotionally, and I owe it all to Steve and Becky. They have been there for me for almost a decade, and I know they will be here for me through the bad times that are still to come.

I don't even know how to begin to thank Steve and his paralegal Rebecca. My husband is a US Army Veteran who they helped him get primary custody back for his daughter back in 2019. A father being awarded custody was huge. They jumped through hurdles for us. We have not had it easy and battling my husbands ex all along the way. We have just wanted peace in our home since the divorce in 2014 and many times peace has not surrounded us. We entered into another court case in 2023 to try and relocate his child to Texas where our family resides. We knew it was going to be tough with the other parent still residing here as however, they were so willing to help us with the relocation.
