We couldn't be happier to have found Steve Girsky! This was our first time working with a lawyer. He was with us every step of the way with our adoption. Our adoption was a little challenging and had a few bumps along the way. Steve reassured us and kept a positive outlook the whole time. His office staff is nothing but friendly. All forms of communications are responded to quickly. We are a family of 3 thanks to Steve and his team. I would highly recommend Steve Girsky and his staff to help you with your legal needs.

Hands down, this team will do it! Firstly, I met Steve during my divorce that was pretty mutual and resolvable through mediation. However, I noticed he knew what he was talking about. Fast forward another year and I contested custody and sought counsel through Steve again. Steve and Becky guided me through the entire process there was never a time that I didn’t know what was going on! He’s very informative and they communicate effectively! I’ll be honest Steve was cut throat and the whole case worked out best in my favor!!! He works his job diligently and informs you of all the behind the scenes work he is doing for you! He knew exactly how the case looked as it progressed and gave me his honest opinion throughout the ordeal. I highly recommend Steve and his dynamic assistant Becky as they are an honest organization that is not there for the money but follows through on why you came to him in the first place! Mr. Girsky and Mrs. Keller did a fantastic job helping me gain custody of my children. I was sent updates and copies of court documents as submitted. Communication was mostly through email but I always received timely responses. The front desk was always helpful when I called or showed up to sign documents. My ex went all out to get custody, I wont get into details but it was super crazy, Mr. Girsky was still able to settle everything at mediation.

After my wife and I decided a divorce was the only way to proceed, I hired Mr.Girsky to help me out. I didnt have the full retainer fee at the moment, so he let me put some money down so he could work up a rough draft of the paperwork and submit the divorce decree to the courts when I had paid the rest. After long late night conversations with my wife, we decided we would try to work it out for my child. I had thought that the money I had put down was a waste, and worried that since I signed a contract with him that I would be responsible to pay the rest of the retainer fee. After giving his office a call, Mr. Girsky, without any issue, told me that I would be refunded my money in full. Although I didnt use him, I wanted to leave a review on the integrity of this man. He isnt a money hungry typical lawyer. He is very understanding, and the conversations I had with him I could tell he was ready to fight for me and very a tenacious lawyer.

That's some very serious attorney/client privilege you disclosed about the person two comments down. You are a terrible attorney. You only cost me the initial fee, plus about $600.00 dollars a month, simply because you are too lazy to read emails or actually represent your clients. Good luck people. Hire him if you want. Unless your case handles itself, you're probably going to lose a lot financially, emotionally, and family wise. Do you want him on here disclosing your personal information? Think about it.

Mr. Girksy have been always professional, transparent about my case and their communication with me about every phase of my case was top notch! My case was was far from the normal divorce, but his paralegal helped me through this high-stress time of my life. She explained things the way that I could easily understand. It’s obvious why she is Mr. Girsky’s right hand gal! While in court (several times), Mr. Girksy was well prepared to argue my side every time!! I didn’t get the exact outcome that I expected, but as new facts emerged, Mr. Girksy helped to prepare me for the possible outcomes that may happen so that I wouldn’t be blind sided. If I need an attorney in the future, this office will be the first that I call!

As I went to post my review, I see some mixed things and have a hard time believing what I am reading. I have used Mr. Girsky for a few cases and have had nothing but great results. Mr. Girsky and his staff are exemplary of what a law firm should be. I found his Paralegals to be honest and up front and found Mr. Girsky to shoot me straight if he thought we needed to take a step back and look at the bigger picture. Not every case is a winning case and not every situation is the same when you consider the circumstances. I have been through this enough times to know that you win some, you lose some. It would not surprise me in the least (based on my experiences with Mr. Girsky) if the negative comments were made out of losing a case that just could not be won. I would recommend this firm time and time again if you want a lawyer and his support staff who will actually work your case and push the other side to step up.
