I absolutely recommend Steve, and I will continue to work with him should I have any further issues with my ex-husband. Steve and his staff proved to be the best choice to help me through a difficult divorce and child custody battle. Steve is the type of attorney willing to fight for exactly what he believes his clients deserve. My ex-husband is manipulative, controlling, and in general, very difficult to deal with. Steve and Becky took on the challenge and did whatever was necessary, continually going above and beyond my expectations. They were both available to answer questions and deal with any issues that arose quickly. Becky did an excellent job of keeping me updated on the status of my case, as well as contacting opposing counsel when necessary. After almost a year and a half of fighting to get my ex to cooperate, I was granted the primary residential parent designation, was awarded a percentage of my ex-husband’s retirement, and also received an award of attorney’s fees. There is no doubt that the outcome in this case is a direct result of the work and skill Steve and Becky both bring to the table. Thanks guys!

Waste of money. He's a snake, will lie to you and tell you everything is great up until the day of court and he folds. Could have done better alone.

Clean professional personnel

Where do I start? From the first moment I spoke to Mr. Girsky, I knew that he was the attorney I needed to hire. I had a some what complex custody case where the custody order was from VA; I live in FL and my daughter and her father lived in TN. After throwing over $2000+ dollars down the drain on a lawyer in VA, I researched and found his attorney's office online. I read the reviews, prayed on it, and gave him a call. He was up front; explained to me the process, and the likely hood of me getting the results I wanted, yet, very professional. I like how we worked as a team. Any concerns or suggestions I had, he listened to, professionally advised me, and sometimes incorporated them into the case. He is aggressive when he needs to be and very competent at what he does. As I personally told him, he is the first attorney (and I've had several over the years dealing with custody issues) of such high caliber that I've had representing me. If anyone is looking for an attorney in the Clarksville, TN area, I would STRONGLY recommend Mr. Steven Girsky. You wont regret it.

My initial contact with Steven and his law firm in 2014/2015 wasn't such a great experience. His paralegal at the time was very rude and dismissive. I have upgraded my review because recently I had to reach out to Steve and his firm for some information from a case that was closed in 2015. Steve and the firm were very accommodating and responded quickly to the request from my new attorney. Mr. Girsky responded, gave valid and clear information, corroborated facts and extended his hand for any further help that may be needed. I have been able to reach out on multiple occasions and the new office aid is prompt and helpful.
