I would highly recommend This Law firm. I hired Steven Girsky after I had already Retained and payed Another Attorney in Clarksville. That Attorney and I were never on the same Accord. However, that was not my experience with Steven and his team. They worked Diligently on my case and really cared about me as an Individual. Threw them I kept my Faith in the Process and we came out on top. They are true Professionals at what they do.

The biggest mistake I've made was trusting this law firm with my child custody case. I've lost my kids because of this firm .

Girsky likes to respond to negative reviews. I want him to respond to mine. Here is my condensed one star review. I'll post my recorded conversations with Girsky and expand this review if he tries to discredit me. He is a lawyer. If he wante to argue to silence me, I'll let his own words rebut him. Keep in mind, if you have to record your own lawyer, things have gone completely off the rails. If you intend on hiring Girsky, take heed of my experience. There is a huge possibility that Girsky will purposely fumble your case and undermine you to the point where it is not out of the realm of possibility that he is working against your interests. He could not get simple things done in court, even though Tennessee law was completely on my side. He appeared to work with Judge Tim Barnes and Crystal Wilkerson to hurt my case. I can't definitively tell you the why. I can only lay out the what happened. One of the things you will notice in Clarksville is that Judge Barnes and the lawyers in his courtroom seem to work together. It doesn't matter which side. There appears to be a lot of coordination between that judge and lawyers. How that works out for you depends on how Barnes feels about you. It won't matter who your lawyer is. Girsky seemed to be doing what Barnes wanted. Barnes didn't like me. Girsky seemed to play the part of the ineffectual lawyer as Barnes tried to destroy me from the bench. Girsky made it look like he was representing me. What he was actually doing was handcuffing me to prevent me from fighting back. Once I figured out the rhythm of Barnes courtroom, I got rid of Girsky. I fired him in the middle of a kangaroo hearing. His idea of representing me was complaining loudly that Judge Barnes did not care about what he had to say. I represented myself. I forced Judge Barnes to recuse himself due to his bias and lack of impartiality. I outperformed Girsky without a law degree and lawyering experience. Imagine paying money for such uselessness. Even worse, imagine a lawyer with 25+ years of experience faking being so ineffective. Girsky represented me for 9 months and never sent me one bill. I hired him. He wasn't court appointed. Tell me in what world does that make sense. He wasn't working pro bono. Why did he not want to be compensated for all of that work that he claimed he was doing? I always suspected that he was not working for me. After he disappeared into Barnes' chamber without the other side's lawyer last October, I became highly suspicious. Every court I have ever been in requires that judges speak to all parties at once. Ex-parte communications are highly regulated. But not with Barnes. And not with Girsky or Wilkerson. In fact, many times, it seemed like I missed the actual hearing - the one that happened with the Judge and the lawyers. That's where they decided what would happen. I was only invited for the show hearing - the one they put on for the public. In the public hearing, they pretended to go through the motions. But if you pay attention, you can see the outcome from a mile away. You can even predict which roles the lawyers and judge are going to play. Long story less long, Girsky didn't seem to be a lawyer though he called himself that. He seemed to be an actor in a judge's quest to railroad his client. He tried to deliver me as the lamb to be slaughtered. I don't know why he chose to do that. But I know that's what he chose to do. No matter which way you put it, I do not believe and can prove that Girsky did not represent me or my interests - even though I paid him to do so. If I am wrong, then he is just an extremely bad lawyer. You would do better representing yourself.

Steve and his team are truly amazing. Their professionalism is unmatched and they performed extremely well in my divorce case. I had to trust the process and Steve made me feel extremely comfortable. He is very knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone seeking council. Definitely money well spent.

Unreal experience with Mr. Girsky and paralegal Rebbeca. Unbelievably professional with my case and always kept me informed. Recommend 10/10.

This law office (Especially Rebecca Keller) performed a true miracle for me and my husband. We lost our 24 year old daughter in July 2020. She left behind a 4 year old son. The father had moved away to Colorado about 3 or 4 months before her death and had never been consistent in his life. Their divorce was finalized in feb 2020. The child had lived in our home his whole life except for the last 5 months as my daughter had gotten an apartment. I still provided for the child during this time. The father rarely paid child support. In TN grandparents have zero rights but I was determined that I was keeping my grandson! The father came in from Colorado with intentions to take my grandson. The father was served a restraining order so he couldn’t take the child until we went to court. When we went to court Steve put me on the stand and asked very important questions that led to the judge letting me keep temporary custody until a trial date was set. Rebecca drew up papers and had sent to the father. These papers asked questions about proof of employment, proof that he had residency in his name, proof that he had a room, clothes, and toys for the child. Proof of a car seat. It asked about his mental state, if he would do a drug test and etc... I believe this led to the father giving us the grandparents primary custody. I would highly recommend this law firm. They were wonderful and we were very pleased. This was a 5 month ordeal and we were charged one price at the beginning.
