Was a GAL in my custody case. A complete nut job (one instance was yelling screaming and shaking) that lied and was released from our case due to her being incompetent. Steer clear of this woman.

She did a great job when we needed her.

I filed for divorced and I’m currently military and I need an update on it. They never pick up their phone, txts and emails. My ex husband has also been calling and we get nothing. It’s ridiculous.

This lawfirm is nothing more than a scam. They take hard working peoples money and does nothing. Suppsoedly a case that would only take 3 months is going on 2 yrs bc they will not return your call or email. I would advise anyone not to use this firm. Im sure they will respond to this post with some sort of bs since its seen by the public. A response. Then u should know where I have emailed and spoke bc you would know that im not a client but paying for a client. The client sends emails and calls with no response. Since yall take every client seriously then you need to get busy and take care of this client's needs. Also you have numerous complaints with the Tennessee Law Board with clients unable to get a hold of this firm. With that being said I guess we arent the only people being taken advantage. Ridiculous!

An individual who is pro se; meaning acting as their own lawyer. The lines of communication between lawyer to lawyer should remain open, in a professional manner. I am a pro se individual whom of which has contacted Ms. Hyder numerous times to see if her client would be willing to settle outside of litigation. These aforementioned calls were never returned, and always ignored. Per the TBA (Tennessee Bar Association) this type of conduct from a lawyer is not tolerated.

Excellent representation

I have worked in the legal system over half of my life, but when the tables turned and I needed representation, she was right by my side! She and her paralegal walked me through the toughest time of my life!

Mrs. Hyder is very good at what she does.
