Mr Potter and Kristina helped me with my divorce/parenting plan case and let me tell you, Mr Potter went all in fighting for me and my child to get everything we deserved. There were times I just wanted to give up because how my ex husband was trying to drag the process and was being a bully but Mr Potter and Kristina did not stand for that & fought for me, they are hands down amazing!!! Mr Potter made this process easy and quick, they always kept me updated on everything happening & was always available to answer any of my questions. They truly made me feel valued more than just a client and I’m forever thankful for everything Mr Potter and Kristina have done for me.

Jim Potter is the worst lawyer in Clarksville Tennessee he is a lier... and very manipulative....he cannot be trusted ....he needs his licensed stripped and he needs to be fined and put in jail ....who lies to dcs after taking drug test for 2years passing all of them including hair follicle test and tells the judge or doesn't even show the judge allllll of my passed drug test ...o AND it was delta 8 on top of that you can by it right down the street from the court house....yu never filed any orders on my case ...you only response is the longer I wait the better it is .....don't deal with lawyers in Clarksville...go to nashville Jim potter works with dcs he's a fraud I have proof....your pathetic Jim Potter My case is still going on after 3 years becuse the state and montgomery county took my daughter without reason no proof no paperwork nothing ....no petions signed nothing ....who ever herd of a dcs case staying opened for 3 years

Listen, I usually don’t leave any reviews unless I receive exceptional service or straight up disappointment service from a business. With that being said I would like to share my experience with the representation that I receive from Mr. Potter and Miss Kristina. My wife hired Mr. Potter to represent her during our divorce. Mr. Potter told me this was like tennis, back and forth. He told me keep calling our daughter even though my wife was saying everything goes through my lawyer- just got hit with a temporary order of protection. Mr. Potter told me he's just a hired gun, it's not personal. I'm not sure if he has kids or not, but it's always personal when it concerns your children. I find this man to just be another typical money first lawyer. And I want everyone to know that this guy lied to me over the phone, treated me poorly telling me he had more important calls to make. I was in essence, wasting his precious time. Again. My daughter's life hangs in the balance and his illustrations are tennis, hired gun, and my time is more important than yours.

Highly recommend. He did an outstanding job and was very responsive. Great guy.
