I met Mr. Potter on the phone initially as I am out of state and my legal battle went across state lines. Mr. Potter fought diligently for me and my family. He was a fighter for TRUTH and he helped me get results so that my family could begin to HEAL. He is compassionate, caring and trustworthy. He treated me like family and cared about what was RIGHT by the law and for my family. He worked seamlessly with my other attorney out of state and fought for justice. I would definitely recommend him. He is a tough cookie and knows the law!!

Mr. Potter was so kind and caring throughout and beyond my divorce. Truly an honest man who represents his clients best interests. His legal assistant Kristina Smith is so pleasant and professional. Trust that Mr. Potter will take care of your family to the best of his ability. We were a bit worried that his gentle and caring personality would not be effective in terms of representing us. I was surprised with how aggressive he was during the trial, yet extremely pleased that his intentions never veered from doing whats best for our daughter. I cannot thank him enough; it’s been a year since the ruling and he still answers our legal questions and gives us advice about family law.

Mr.Potter has worked very diligently to help me get alimony that was court ordered but not being paid. He has tirelessly assisted me and followed up with me to make sure that things were proceeding satisfactorily.
