I wish we had viewed the other review sooner! We are in the process of ensuring this woman is not able to steal from others in the future. We hired her for a short period of time and should have followed our gut instinct from the get-go. Her dogs run all over her office and she is very unprofessional. She went on and on about the dog shows and even though She verbally ensured us that she knew each judge and how they would rule and even compared the way she is to several other Clarksville attorneys, we should have went elsewhere. Patricia and Grace were rarely available when we did call and come to find out, she was charging $50 per 3-5 min phone call when we did finally reach her. We did all of the foot work calling back and forth to find out the status of our paperwork that she mailed off for us and charged an arm and a leg for doing so. All she did was type a cover sheet, mail it off, make a few phone calls (which we even provided the phone numbers for Grace) and she is trying to pocket that $2,500.00. When my husband went in to get answers, she became hostile and very rude! I highly encourage everyone ESPECIALLY military to go elsewhere. We are working on getting her black-listed with the military and getting our $2,500.00 back that she un-rightfully took. PLEASE do not use her!

For your sake, go else where. I used her for my divorce case. She was never on top of things, never was proactive in my representation. She also represented my current husband in his previous divorce and custody case. In the words of another lawyer "IT TOOK 2 AND A HALF YEARS TO GET THIS SIMPLE ORDER?" Once again, everything I said can be said for his case, which I watched from start to end. She always gave him bad advice, and as a result, his custody is constantly in danger to this day. ESPECIALLY if you are getting a divorce, PLEASE do not give this woman your hard earned money for her shotty representation. She overcharges for BS, too. Like calling to remind her to do something. Yeah, she will charge you for any calls you or your witnessess may make to her. It also was very frustrating that she and her paralegal would go home early every day, sometimes around 3pm or 4pm on a weekday and sometimes as early as NOON on a Friday. And she will go on and on about all her dog shows that she goes to. She has cute little dogs that are always in her office, but I was paying for a lawyer, not a petting zoo. If she has time to go home and chill and go to dog shows, she should not be telling me she is stretched thin and swamped. Also, her paralegal, Grace, is a fairly nice lady, but has no idea what she is doing. And between her and Pat they lost SO many of our important documents that she charged us for her to go and request another copy. After having lost one of my husband's documents we had to drive 30 minutes to her to give it to her, but we needed her to copy it and give it back. She told us to go away, she was closed (it was about 3:45pm) and that we had to make a copy and THEN bring it to her. She would not use her copy machine. She also helped ruin us financially. And that is just the tip of the iceberg. In conclusion, if you hire her, you will regret it almost immediately. The only thing she works fast on is dissapointing her clients.

Being new to the court system, I found it very helpful that everything was explained to me very clearly and in a way that I might understand it rather than the general court lingo.
