Excellent service! Mrs. Klinghard was extremely professional and courteous. Always returned phone calls and emails in a timely manner. I had the unfortunate experience of needing the services of an attorney. I chose Jacob Mathis because of the reviews I had seen on here. I was hoping that those opinions would hold true. My family was faced with a legal case that we never expected to have to face. Jacob looked over what I brought him and quoted a flat fee. I believe the case turned out more time consuming than Jacob had expected and at the end when I asked what else was owed, he responded with "I said flat fee and I meant it." Jacob has the rare personality of an attorney that is Honest, trustworthy and likeable all at the same time. He was always encouraging to talk to and would answer all my questions, no matter how mundane, promptly. Jacob will now be handling a conservatorship for our disabled daughter and any other legal matters involved. I had always heard people in movies and on TV say "My attorney will be in touch" and never thought much of having "AN" attorney but now I do.
