Would not hire Jacob Mathis again if needed. This firm is not helpful and gives none of the information needed. Certain court dates I did not need to show up for, I took off work to attend because Mathis made it seem like it was necessary to show up. Had to hound him for updates on the case. He seemed to have done nothing more than set up the court dates. When the case was closed there was a balance that was to be refunded. I requested a list of what the money I paid him was used toward. What I got was a letter stating that I received a partial refund and the amount. Top tier attorneys for sure... the best word to describe them is simply "lazy".

I went through MBK for my green card application, and we had to pleasure of working with Mr Jacob Mathis, he was always very helpful, down to earth and easy to talk to. Always fast at responding and even after we moved out of the state, he was still able to help me finish everything up. I will forever be thankful for this whole experience.

I have Mr. Jacob Mathis for my immigration case. He very fast at responding emails and provided a lot of helpful information. However, his staffs messed up my case multiple times. They typed in wrong information on my application. I corrected them and asked if they can retype my application before sending it. They never did. USCIS ended up sent my applications back multiple times because of it. They lost my medical documents and I had to pay more for my doctor to give me another copy of it. Would have been a better experience if his staffs were more careful.
