The primary reason for the 3 star review is the complexity and longevity of the process. I feel like with every accomplished task, there was another item on the list that needed to be completed. If there was a layout of what all to expect and with all the potential outcomes, I would have been less impatient but every time I thought we were finally complete with settling the estate, we had to delay it for another task. I would suggest with future clients, there is more transparency so that they are aware this could last up to a year due to unexpected documents and extended court dates. I was made out to believe this would be finished after the creditor period ended but it lasted much longer. I understand these situations are uncontrollable but it was also a concern that both my paralegal and attorney was changed in the middle of settling the estate which meant relearning my case.

It was very reassuring to have help during a difficult time. While my situation wasn't as complicated as others, the peace of mind was valuable and I didn't have to worry that I was making a mess of things.

Kyle Shannon and his paralegal Brittany did a great job on my Dads trust. The initial interview covered the basics of a trust. Then the review and necessary updates of the trust documents were smoothly and quickly updated and finalized. The whole process, from the initial interview to the signing of the finalized documents only took 6 weeks.
