Honestly, when I hear myself say that I had an amazing experience at a lawyer’s office, it’s something I didn’t ever think I would utter but here we are. From the minute I walked in the door, I was treated with respect and made to feel very comfortable. Once I explained what I was after, I was introduced to Kyle Shannon and he explained the process in very simple to understand terms and made sure any questions I had were answered. In a matter of a few days, the legal documents were prepared, proofread, finalized, and signed. Expeditious, thorough, and just the type of customer service I expect. I highly recommend Crow estate planning. As a widow it was important to me to get my affairs in order. Especially after what I had encountered when my husband died I could not leave a legacy of burden to my loved ones. The process was very simple John with Kyle assisting explained everything to me very Thoroughly. All questions where answered, I was treated with fairly with respect. There was no legal Jargon tossed around that went over my head . They were great which made me very comfortable. I believe their pricing was fair and Mr Crow was very transparent about cost.
