I have had Amanda as my lawyer for roughly 1 year now and nothing has gotten done even tho I paid upfront. She had also forgotten about a COURT DATE to lower my child support. If you want a top notch lawyer DONT GO HERE. Edit: I have a new lawyer with an undisclosed firm, and that lawyer told me "Amanda never submitted a single piece of paper to the courts, im looking at your documents right now". I have been in court for over 2 years now... Amanda was my attorney up until 3 months ago now. More has gotten done in 3 months with the other attorney than the 2 years with her. After her and I's final court date working together my CS was supposed to get dropped and all she had to do was submit that paper. That paper never got submitted per my new lawyer. Take this information and do as you wish with it all... as a MAN id never go to this office or Amanda Coconaugher again. Seemed to be more for the woman in family court than the actual person who paid them.

Edward Dewerf by far the most unprofessional lawyer anyone can hire. He will take your money not fight for you. Side with the DA or prosecutors. Not verify any facts, throw you under the bus. Not keep his words on getting back in touch with you. My mom hired him and was just a total waste. Very apathetic. If you want a lawyer to not take your money and treat you like your just a number I would suggest not hire this law firm. Because they just are a waste of time.

Kimberly Turner was amazing! She is such a compassionate person and wll stay by your side no matter what gets thrown your way. I hired her for my divorce case. It was a long drug out process because he kept throwing new things at us trying to hurt me and get my daughter taken away. No matter how many times Court got postponed because of the other party, we were always prepared for the hearings with witnesses and evidence. The outcome turned out exactly how we wanted it to. The only negative things that I can even say about this office is the lack of communication and I didn't find her paralegal to be the friendliest person either. Everyone else in the office was amazing. I would definitely use Kimberly Turner in the future if I ever need to go back to court!

Kimberly is an exceptional lawyer. She is extremely professional, competent, and knowledgeable on tennessee law. She has empathy for her clients and uses that energy to fight for her clients. However, the same cannot be said about Mr. Warren. He seems like a nice guy but not the best lawyer. He presented as a pushover in court, made backdoot decisions without approval from his client, and could not wait to wash his hands to issues(s) he agreed to help improve. I do not recommend paying the retainer for his services for serious family issues.

She absolutely dominates in the courtroom and will get the results you want and deserve guaranteed. Also is very caring and concerned about the client

Leaving this review on behalf of my mothers experience. Amanda was absolutely amazing, Erin and Donna were also a huge sweetheart and a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommended Amanda and team to anyone looking for legal assistance. Amanda made my mom feel like more than a client and was so personable while focusing on the reason we were there. Amanda and team were quick and efficient when responding to our questions. Wish I could give her 10 stars.
